Exercise improves your mood!

Look and feel better when you exercise regularly.

Need to blow off some steam after a stressful day?

When you exercise, your body feels more relaxed and calm.  Working with a Personal Trainer will take your fitness to the next level.

Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals (endorphins, adrenaline, serotonin and dopamine) that leave you feeling happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out.  You’ll also look and feel better when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

Regular physical activity can even help prevent depression.  People who do not respond to depression medications may show improvement in mood when they exercise.  A Harvard Alumni Health Study results:  The people who burned 1,000–2,500 calories per week through aerobic activity lowered their risk for depression by 17%. In participants who burned more than 2,500 calories a week, the risk of experiencing depression dropped by 28%.

The greatest benefits derive from a program of aerobic activity lasting at least 12 weeks.
