I have been training with Lisa for 6 weeks and I am truly impressed. I have had four knee surgeries, with the most recent surgery a few months ago. Lisa created a plan to rehab my knee and I have not had this level of functionality and improvement after a surgery. After two weeks of working out with Lisa I could appreciate significant results in decreased pain and increased function. I have also made personal goals for weight loss and lean muscle and Lisa’s approach is methodical and organized. She creates a plan catered to each and every client. My wife and I work out together and though our goals are similar Lisa understands our individual strengths, weakness and limitations and she constructs a specific workout and plan to help us reach our goals.
