What to LIMIT or AVOID altogether:
- any processed foods
- foods with added sugar
- foods with too much sodium
- cereal where sugar is the 1st or 2nd ingredient
- juice, sodas, and diet sodas
- flavored yogurt (flavor it yourself!)
- artificial sweeteners
- white carbs and other simple sugars
- Aim to drink your bodyweight divided by 2 in ounces of water each day.
